rolytoy treats custom pet product orders as quote-based B2B projects. Quality checks and compliance notes are confirmed before sampling and before bulk shipment.

Quality checkpoints

• Logo mockup review before sample production.
• Sample approval before bulk order whenever the buyer requires it.
• Material, color, logo position and packaging check during production.
• QC photos before shipment for product, logo, packaging and carton marks.

Compliance notes

Test reports are not automatically included with every quote. If your buyer requires food-contact, textile, material, packaging or marketplace documentation, tell rolytoy before quotation so the test scope and cost can be confirmed.

Buyer responsibility

Polish and EU buyers should confirm their final retail claims, language copy, safety warnings, barcode requirements and import documentation with their own compliance partner.
