After-sales / Rework Policy

rolytoy handles custom pet gift and private label orders as B2B projects. After-sales support depends on the confirmed product specification, approved sample, approved artwork, packaging requirements and QC photo record.

Before production

  • Confirm product model, material, color, size and logo position.
  • Approve logo mockup, sample or packaging artwork when required.
  • Confirm carton marks, barcode labels and shipping preparation needs before bulk packing.

If there is a production issue

If the delivered goods do not match the confirmed order specification, rolytoy will review photos, videos, sample approval records and QC photos. Depending on the issue, support may include rework, replacement parts, replenishment quantity, discount on affected goods or credit toward the next order.

Custom product limits

Customized products usually cannot be returned only because the buyer changes campaign direction, logo, color preference, packaging copy or order plan after production approval. Buyer-side artwork errors, unconfirmed market compliance claims and late changes are outside standard rework coverage.

What to send for review

  • Order number or quotation reference.
  • Clear photos or short videos of the issue.
  • Quantity affected and carton information.
  • Original approved artwork, sample photos or packaging confirmation if available.
